Veg Biryani Recipe: If you want to make a veg biryani, then you have to follow some easy methods. You will have a delicious veg biryani ready, which will give your house smelling. So let’s know its easy recipe.
These materials will be engaged to make biryani
1 cup of basmati rice, 2 cups of water, 1 tbsp ghee or oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large tomatoes, 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, peas, capsicum, cauliflower, beans, potatoes), 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 large spoon cumin, 1 big spoonful of weeds, 1 big spring, 1 big spoonful 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp biryani masala powder, salt as per taste, saffron and mint to decorate the leaf.
First wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Heat ghee or oil in a cooker and add onion with cumin and dry red chili and fry it well. When the onion becomes soft, add tomato and fry it well. When the tomato becomes soft, add all the chopped green vegetables and soybeans. Soak the soybean in hot water first and then fry it well. After frying the vegetables well, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and biryani masala powder. Fry the vegetables well with spices until they cook 50%. Now add basmati rice to it and put two glasses of water in a glass of rice and close the cooker. Allow two cities in the cooker and then turn off the gas. Your veg biryani is ready, serve hot and enjoy it.

Do not cook the rice too much, otherwise it will break. Do not cook the vegetables too much, otherwise they will become soft. To enhance taste in biryani, you can use various spices in it.
