Wheat Flour Cheela Breakfast Recipe: Chila is one of the Indian cuisine that is also easy to make and the food seems light. Usually people eat cheela made of gram flour, but today we will talk about chile made of wheat flour, which is wonderful in taste as well as beneficial for health. In this recipe, a cheela is prepared using curd, green vegetables and some desi spices that are liked by children to elders. Let’s know the easy method of making it and some important tips.

Ingredients (for 2-3 people):

-Guhon flour -2 bowls
-Fresh yogurt -1 bowl
-Pani -About 1.5 cups (as per the requirement of the batter)
-Reak chopped onion -1 medium
-Tomato -1 small
-Gazar -1 small
-Shimla chilli -1 small piece
-The chili -1
-The grated grated -half a teaspoon
-Jeera -Half a teaspoon
-Dhania powder -half a teaspoon
-The chili powder -pinch
-Turni -A pinch
-Nem -As per taste
-The coriander -a little bit
-It -to bake

Method of preparation:

1. Take a big mixing bowl and add wheat flour to it.
2. Now add curd to it. Mix both of them and add some water and beat them slowly so that the knots do not remain.
3. When the solution becomes slightly thick, then add some more water according to the need and dilute it.
4. Now add finely chopped vegetables like onion, tomatoes, carrots, capsicum and beans.
5. Add ginger, green chillies, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to enhance the taste.
6. Finally add finely chopped coriander and mix it well.

Chila bake process:
1. Offer the tawa on the gas and heat it lightly.
2. Apply a little oil on it and grease the pan.
3. Now fill one shirt with the prepared solution and spread it in round shape on the pan.
4. Keep the gas clock medium.
5. When the cheela starts becoming light brown from the bottom, then add some oil on top and turn it over.
6. On the other side, cook in the same way until it becomes brown and crisp.
7. Now remove the prepared cheela from the pan and make the next cheela in the same way.

You can eat wheat flour cheela with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd. This is the perfect choice for morning breakfast or light lunch.
