Method of making is also very easy
First wash the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water so that the soil or insects hidden in it. Then put some oil in the pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in it. After this, add washed mushrooms and sprinkle a little garam masala on top. As soon as it cooks, its fragrance gives the whole house to the whole house, the taste will be kept licking the fingers.
Rural women see this mushroom with their hard work and tradition. It is not just a vegetable, but a special gift of the rainy season, which is available only for a limited time every year.
