The way to prepare this Golgappa is also very special. Shubham Gupta told that the first washed and flour is soaked. Then after leaving it for some time, it is inflated well. After this, it is fried in refined oil by giving a round shape by hand. The special thing is that Golgappas swell in large size and the taste also comes tremendous.
If chickpeas are not delicious in Golgappa, then the fun remains incomplete. This is the reason that chickpeas are also prepared here in a special way. Peas and Kabuli gram are soaked a day before. Then it is fryed well and cooked by adding spices, which causes a tremendous taste to the chickpeas.
Along with this, the water in Golgappa is also prepared in a very special way. Many spices including Jaljira, Peppermint, Lemon, Tamarind are added to it, which makes the taste of water sour and spicy.
